This cabinet has a 25" monitor with a bad chassis board.
Fortunately the board is very small and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that
it's just some bad caps, transistors or fuses. I paid $20.00 for the boardset
since the cab already has the Street Fighter artwork on it.
Current Status: This machine will stay a Street Fighter II
Championship Edition (with turbo chipset). I'll clean up the cabinet,
maybe repaint the coin doors and re-do the control panels. The
monitor will be fixed seeing how it's a 25".
